- Shipping & Delivery
The cost for shipping on each order varies based on method of shipping. The various methods of shipping we offer are as follows
- Standard – $3.99 per item. 4-14 business day delivery. (Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays) Free standard shipping is also available for orders of $35.00
- Ground - $4.99 per item. 4-9 business day delivery. (Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays)
- Expedited - $6.99 per item. 1-6 business day delivery. (Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays)
- International - $32.95 per item. 7-21 business day estimated delivery. (Business days are Monday-Friday with the exception of federal holidays) Further delays may be caused by customs which we have no control over. All duties and import fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
- Returns: Returns no fault of our own may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Return shipping costs for returns through no fault of our own will be responsibility of the customer.
- Exchanges: If a defective product is received we will replace the defective product upon receipt of the defective product. Return shipping costs for defective products will be credited via a discount code for a future purchase.
