Many scholars have dismissed the Exodus narrative as a myth because archeologists have been unable to find the ancient city where the Road to Canaan would have begun. But if the Exodus took place during the reign of Ramses I, not during that of his grandson Ramses II, this lost city would be located at Tell Heboua at the ruins of the fortified city of Zarw.
